This Refund Policy explains how refunds and cancellations work for Research OS subscriptions. Payments are processed by Paddle.com, which acts as the Merchant of Record for your purchase.
14-Day Refund
You can request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase, for any reason. Refunds are returned to your original payment method.

Contact us at hello@kratoq.com with your order details, or request a refund directly through Paddle, the Merchant of Record for your order.
Cancellation
Research OS is a subscription. You can cancel at any time, and cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
Scope
This policy applies to Research OS subscriptions purchased through Paddle. Human-driven services, such as AI transformation engagements, are arranged separately, are not sold through Paddle, and are not covered by this policy.
